Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at DevsZone. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you.

Refunds will be applicable in following situations:
  • Completely non-functional.
  • You’ve sent a support email on “support@devszone.com” but you didn’t get any response in 48h (business days only).
  • Product main description was fully misleading.
Refunds will not be applicable in following situations:
  • You have changed your mind about an item.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • The product(s) was bought by your employee from your account which he/she had legal access.
  • You refused to provide our support staff access to your server to investigate our product you are having the issue with.
  • It has expired more than a 7 days after purchase.
  • We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price.
