Refunds will be applicable in following situations:- Completely non-functional.
- You’ve sent a support email on “support@devszone.com” but you didn’t get any response in 48h (business days only).
- Product main description was fully misleading.
- You have changed your mind about an item.
- You bought an item by mistake.
- The product(s) was bought by your employee from your account which he/she had legal access.
- You refused to provide our support staff access to your server to investigate our product you are having the issue with.
- It has expired more than a 7 days after purchase.
- We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price.
