Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at DevsZone. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you. Refunds will be applicable in the following situations:

  • Completely non-functional.
  • You’ve sent a support email to support@devszone.com but did not receive a response within 48 hours (business days only).
  • The product’s main description was fully misleading.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • You have changed your mind about an item.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • The product(s) was bought by your employee from your account, which he/she had legal access to.
  • You refused to provide our support staff access to your server to investigate the issue with the product.
  • The request was made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • We do not offer any refunds for items bought at a discounted price.
